01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the dasi4d platform, including the website athttps://dasi4d.lat and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). dasi4d is operated by its parent entity ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and the Company relating to your use of the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on dasi4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. dasi4d does not permit gambling by individuals under this age under any circumstances.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of another person.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of dasi4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, dasi4d will close all such Accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit all Bonus Balances held across the duplicate Accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. dasi4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account, where available. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

dasi4d operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account matching your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume players

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and referal to relevant authorities where legally required.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and Bitcoin. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable transaction fees) upon detection. Deposits that cannot be returned will be held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. dasi4d does not charge deposit fees for most methods; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which dasi4d bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and review for compliance with these Terms. dasi4d targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual transfer times depend on the payment method selected and may take longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods must be verified against your identity before use.

dasi4d reserves the right to apply maximum withdrawal limits per day, week, or calendar month. These limits are set on a per-account basis and may vary depending on your Account tier and history. VIP members may be eligible for elevated limits — contact support for details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by dasi4d — including the288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and any other promotional credit — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions.

• Each player is eligible to claim a Welcome Bonus once only. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses will be closed and all associated winings forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance before Bonus Balance is applied to wagers.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to specific live table games, esports, and scratch cards — may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions. Excluded categories are listed per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winings derived from them will expire and be removed from your Account if the stated wagering requirement is not met within the promotion's validity period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

dasi4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, matched betting across multiple accounts, irregular deposit-bonus-withdrawal cycling, and use of arbitrage techniques. Where such patterns are detected, dasi4d reserves the right to:

• Cancel the applicable bonus and any associated winings
• Adjust the player's eligibility for future bonus offers
• Suspend or permanently close the Account
• Recover any funds withdrawn in connection with abusive patterns, where legally permissible

07 Gameplay Rules

All games on the dasi4d Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game, as published within the game interface or supporting documentation. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rule explicitly addresses the matter in question.

dasi4d games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from professionally operated studios with physical card and equipment handling procedures. Stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return to any individual player over any session.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or disconnection during a game round, the Company's system logs will be used as the definitive record of the transaction. Where an incomplete game round cannot be reconstructed from system records, the relevant wager will be refunded to your Account. dasi4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnections caused by factors outside the Platform's control, including internet service interruptions on the player's side.

dasi4d reserves the right to void wagers and reverse winnings in cases where technical errors or glitches have resulted in game outcomes that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Any winings arising from manifest system errors are not payable.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dasi4d staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to transfer Account balances, credits, or bonuses to another player's Account
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law

09 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by dasi4d

dasi4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargeback activity, or breach of any provision in Section 8 above.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, all withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. Where the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, funds may be withheld in whole or in part in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements must be met or the Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion results in permanent closure of your Account and removal from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dasi4d and its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dasi4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dasi4d's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the dasi4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of dasi4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dasi4d.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and provide you with services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 13 Responsible Gambling

dasi4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — adjustable through Account settings
• Session time reminders and optional session limits
• Loss limits per session, day, week, or month
• Cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion with immediate effect upon request
• Reality check notifications displayed during gameplay

14 Amendments to These Terms

dasi4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via the email address associated with their Account.

Non-material amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them — or their breach, termination, or validity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which dasi4d is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved promptly without the need for formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, dasi4d reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
