01 Introduction

7.3 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of dasi4d's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. 08 International Data Transfers
The Platform is accessible to players across Malaysia, and dasi4d may store and process your personal data on servers located outside Malaysia. 13 Children & Minors
The Platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above. dasi4d does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration requires confirmation of age, and KYC procedures are in place to verify age eligibility.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a misrepresentation during registration or any other means — we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated Account, and refund any deposits to the originating payment method after conducting necessary compliance checks.
